FAQ

What data formats and sizes can you work with?

Most common formats: count tables, spreadsheets, CSV and TSV files, FASTQ and BAM files, and outputs from standard omics tools. Large datasets are fine as long as they can be processed on a system you approve.

Do you work with other types of data, like financial data or business dashboards?

Yes. The same statistical methods and reproducible workflows apply to financial, business and other data, and I can build dashboards too. This is not my main area of expertise, but it's one I'm keen to grow in, so I take on these projects at a lower rate.

Do you sign NDAs? How is data handled?

Yes, I am happy to sign an NDA. Your data stays on systems you approve and is not shared with anyone.

How is the price set?

Pricing depends on your project. After the intro call I send a proposal with the scope and price, and we confirm it before any work starts.

What happens after delivery?

You get the results, code and documentation. I walk you through them and answer follow-up questions.
